New Ricoh System camera to be announced soon! : We have received information from various sources about an upcoming introduction of a new Ricoh system camera. The new Ricoh system camera has presumably been developed based on a digital camera without built-in mirror. This system has become very popular lately, thanks to the introduction of the Panasonic Micro Four Thirds system cameras, among others. Whether Ricoh is actually launching a so-called mirror-less system camera is yet to be seen, although early reports mention a possible release in November. It's is not yet clear which mount Ricoh will come to use for the new digital system camera. There is talk of a Pentax K-mount or a new micro K-mount. The latter will come with an adapter to provide access to a broad selection of Pentax lenses.
